i just noticed, how tf are they talking under water and also, how tf does luffy still stretch when underwater, isnt seawater supposed to disable all devilfruit powers? Him stretching under water kinda breaks that rule esp bc we see sea prism stone disable his powers later on

I don't think they are actually talking to each other its more like guessing what the other is thinking and like self talk to one's mind.

They said he can't swim underwater, never said anything about being not able to use the power besides it's the Manual stretch, if he himself did then we'd agree

No it doesn't disable devil fruit powers it takes there ability to swim as show when the clown guy was drowning earlier on in the show

They are weakened by sea water and can't swim, it doesn't change their bodes back to what they were. Luffy is still made of rubber so he'll always be able to stretch his neck (or other body parts) or someone can stretch it for him. You'll see other instances where he uses his stretching ability i.e. reaching for something in the ocean, and he'll start to drain of energy very quickly and not be able to use his powers as well because the sea water is weakening him

No there are other instances of DF powers being used despite being in contact with Sea water I'm talking about Aokiji

Zoro reminded me of Sasuke when he was dodging those swords of the octupus bozo! Both Zoro and Sasuke are extremely cool and badass! And it was also really smart how the blue haired girl pulled Luffy's head out of the water for him to breathe, I didn't even consider that..... I'm so not used to stretchiness being exploited like this!!!
